Airlist can import your listings from Masterkey either once a day or instantly on a per-listing basis. Please review the help article from Masterkey which discusses the steps in detail.

Something to note: 
Masterkey already has every Portal which is available in Airlist since they use the same integration, so using Airlist will not give you access to more portals.

The advantage you get from using both Masterkey and Airlist together is you can share your listings with other agents. Masterkey offers the same listing power as Airlist but also has the full CRM functionality.
