Migration from Propspace (Checklist)

That's great you'd like to migrate from Propspace. Here's everything you need to consider.

- Unit Numbers & Owner Details - 
The Propspace XML doesn't include unit numbers or owner details. While we can import the listings via XML, the unit numbers and owner details will be missed. If you'd like to include these please send us your Propspace login details. We'll export the data for you and upload what we can into Airlist. This could take some time, so please give us at least a week before your Propspace account is due to close.

- Website - 
If your website currently shows listings from Propspace you will also need to link these to Airlist. We can provide you the XML for this. If you need a new website, we also have partners that can provide you with a website. Email [e-mail] for a list of website partners.

- Existing Portals - 
Once we've migrated you, you'll need to notify portals to use the new XML from Airlist. You can do this from the Portals tab, click on any portal and click "Send Email". Include a message telling them you've migrated to Airlist.

- Features - 
Airlist has many features for listings, but currently only has basic contact management for the owner details. If you are looking for Lead management as well please consider Masterkey Essential. The starting package is very cost effective and has the same listing power as Airlist. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
